Lance A. Loveland is a partner with the firm and advises clients in the areas of estate planning, family law, adoptions, business and real estate matters, commercial litigation, and employment law. Prior to joining Parsons, Loveland, Shirley & Miller, LLP, Lance received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University and his law degree from The University of Idaho College of Law. Lance is currently licensed to practice before state and federal courts in Idaho and is an active member of the Idaho State Bar. Lance has previously served on the Idaho Law Foundation Continuing Legal Education Committee, the Cassia County Health Care Foundation, 5th Judicial District Magistrate Committee and as the Centennial President of the Burley Rotary Club. He and his spouse Laura have five boys. Lance is currently away on a church mission and will not be taking new clients until his return in the summer of 2028.
