Rhett Michael Miller is a partner with Parsons, Loveland, Shirley & Miller, LLP. Rhett maintains a general practice with an emphasis on business, contract, property, and bankruptcy matters. He also serves as a Deputy Prosecutor for the City of Burley and as the City Attorney for the City of Paul. Rhett’s diverse caseload provides him with extensive experience in both state and federal courts, and he regularly represents creditors in protecting and enforcing their rights and navigating the complexities of the bankruptcy system.
Rhett earned his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Plant and Animal Sciences from Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2014 and his Juris Doctor, with honor, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2017. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Idaho, Wyoming (inactive), and Utah, as well as the federal courts of Idaho and Wyoming, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
